I was very pleased with this purchase. The items arrived within 2 days and were exactly as described. I lave the corrugated base, which was necessary to keep my cupcakes in place. Even with the inserts, I have found if the bottom is flexible, the cupcakes will slip out from under the insert. Also, I was delivering 240 cupcakes, so I needed to be able to transport all 10 boxes that I had ordered. They stacked very nicely and were a bit taller than regular cake boxes which allowed me to stack the boxes without the tops of the cupcakes getting squished. Also very easy to assemble
